One package is still in the US - SIX WEEKS LATER

I used Pitney Bowes to send a package to Australia on August 7. It is now September 18. According to the tracking information, the package is still in the sorting facility. Pitney Bowes has made no effort ... to contact me or return the package. I am unhappy.
