It's really easy to report a problem should you feel the need to. Just use the 'report a problem' button next to your order to raise a support ticket and you will be able to access our support team who will step in and assist with your problem. We also offer Live Chat via the small chat box in the bottom left corner, generally, this is open during working hours.
You can also log in to your Parcel Monkey account, or if you don't have one sign up. Then click the button in the top right and click My Account > Inbox and then 'Talk to Us' and our dedicated support team will be in touch.
