The package arrived several days before the estimated date! It's always expensive sending packages to New Zealand. I think the fact that the package arrives early and in good shape helps to ease that pain, lol

UPS betrays their customers - beware of that fraud company

UPS betrays customers with international shipping!!! They first want more money from the recipient for "custom taxes" - but she is working at the german custom and told them, that the value of the parcel was less than 25 $, declared as a gift, what is ALWAYS taxfree.
After that UPS sent an invoice to Parcel Monkey, claiming the measures were wrong so they want about 60% extra fees. When I delivered my parcels to the UPS store, they checked weight and size. The invoice said not how far the weight or the size was too much. PM charged my card without questios. This happened twice, I've sent 2 parcels in 1 week - only one was delivered yet. One is lingering in Germany since 1 month without explanation. German custom don’t hold something back for shipping cost reasons, so UPS keep it, although PM collected the extra charge.
Last year I sent a parcel to my son, who was charged for customtaxes, but never got proof that UPS has payed them. No matter how cheap they are: stay away from UPSParcel Monkey replied on 06/05/2024
