I was charged another $7.88 nearly a month after delivery. I've used this service many times in the past and this is the first time they have charged me for "incorrect measurements", which I do not believe to be true.

Terrible customer service

I sent a shipment with 3 packages and only 2 reached the destination. One of them is showing as still in Virgina but no one seems to have an update on when I will receive it. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to resolve this issue.

Good rates…lot better than what the same carriers quoted…no difference in transit times…
