Parcel Monkey exceeded every expectation

I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey for all of my shipping!
Our son lives in Ireland and I needed to ship a care package. The cheapest I could find was $800!!! I got online and Parcel Monkey quoted $149!
I thought it was too good to be true but I had nothing to lose so I did it not only was the price amazing but the shipping time was so fast!! And the tracking was so efficient
I will recommend it to anyone

This service worked within a week, which was good. My only complaint was that communication was confusing. Tracking stated that a "final" delivery attempt had been made and that another one had been requested, when what it actually meant to indicate was that duties were due. I would like to have a way available to pay duties ahead of time so that gift recipients would not have to pay to receive their packages.
