Absolutely the best experience possible.

I previously contacted multiple OTHER services. This is by far the BEST ONE! Not only was their price far less, their service was far better than expected. Parcel Monkey was incredibly helpful, extremely efficient, pleasant to deal with AND their website and ordering process was the simplest and easiest to navigate. They were awesome and I would recommend them 100%. I was kept up to date on the transit process and the package was ultimately delivered on time and in great condition. It was a fast service at 6 days between the US and France. Sadly, the French office screwed up with the delivery address and claimed that I had not provided a correct street address, which was not true. So my recipient had to go pick the package up themselves, which was annoying, but not a huge problem. Overall satisfied.
