UPS are Hopeless.

UPS must be the worst couriers I have used , DHL have a fair superior service .
Package has been sitting in HNL for a week I call UPS and they say it will take 10 days to investigate why it hasnt moved.

First time using this service after reading reviews and praises on social media. It was 1/3rd of the cost of sending it via USPS and was delivered in record time, with great tracking.
