Amazing service. I went to UPS and was quoted $200 to send documents from the US to South Africa. Through Parcel Monkey I paid $78 for the same UPS service and dropped it off at the same UPS store that quoted me $200. My documents were delivered in 4 days.

Great service. When tracking the parcel, I saw I was able to pay the import fees directly from my computer before it arrived at my friend's house.
