Large Box Shipment to Austria

I had to send some repair parts to Austria, in a thin but long box. It's been awhile since I handled overseas shipments, but someone recommended Parcel Monkey and the experience couldn't have been better. The process of creating documents and selecting a carrier was so easy, in fact, that I thought I was doing something wrong.
The shipment arrived at it's destination in Austria in approximately 7 days and cleared with no problems. The recipient sent photos of the box and the box contents that showed absolutely no damage to anything, despite the size of the box. To be fair, I do have experience shipping product for overseas, so I started off with appropriate packaging materials and inner padding. In addition, I was very detailed on the documentation.
BTW: If I recall, UPS was the selected carrier. Once everything was packed up, I simply took it down to the UPS Store, handed them the documentation and they took it from there. It's a very easy process.
