Not bad as long as you don't need to make any changes or cancellations

my only complaint is that they keep asking me to leave a review for this service and it doesn't explain which shipment I am leaving the review for. So overall I would say its good, cancelling a shipment is a bit of a pain but as long as that doesn't need to be done, its not too bad. Haven't tried editing but I'm going to guess its not a walk in the park. might have to do one now, so we will see

Excellent Price, Speedy Service, Truly Impressed Perhaps more warnings about customs duties

One issue - we were sending KYC docs. I wrote $10 value (stamp paper etc.). The delivery man collected Rs 995. No customs duty for 0 value. Perhaps add more warnings - govs charge duties even on docs, etc.
