Wow, awful, goodbye

This shipment took weeks longer than predicted, the tracking information was often inaccurate, and apparently the package sat in warehouse for weeks unnecessarily. An attempted delivery on the record did not happen, as the recipient was at home and waiting at the time. This was not a customs issue as it had cleared customs rather smoothly. Overall, this experience has confirmed I will not ship overseas through parcelmonkey again.
And when my last review was simply removed, you pretty much lost me there
What fascinates me most is it the information on the website here doesn't reflect a lot of what happened in real life. Another reason to say goodbye to this failing, troublesome service.Parcel Monkey replied on 17/11/2023
