Quick delivery to Japan; UPS notified me that recipient was out of the office on first deliveryattempt. I had time to let her know and package is delivered successfully next day. Excellent service.

The UPS drop off location did not have a scale, which made the shipping arrangement more complicated and time consuming. Also I have not received an update on the package status for the past 2 days, I would appreciate an immediate update.
