Rip off - UPS - fake up charges and double customs charges

UPS allowed me to pay the customs fee online. I paid it. On delivery the driver held the package hostage for my wife (recipient) until she paid it a SECOND time! Parcel monkey won’t help with this. Now almost 4 weeks after shipping UPS or parcel monkey is claiming the weight or dimensions were incorrect with no proof whatsoever. That box was well under 8 lbs but yet I rounded it up to 8. Same on dimensions. Bait and switch with fake and wrong fees and they do it almost a month later. Will dispute with the credit card company.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGE

PMSEU8V4 - My recipient hasn't received this package - it was supposed to be delivered at their address and until now they have not received the package, yet Parcel Monkey stated that it was delivered. I am sending numerous messages to no avail, all they do is read the messages and no response, that's how un professional they are.

okay so I was very skeptical but wow im impressed, the price is great and its already almost in the desitination, international shipping btw USA to Col, i was just like wow i didnt expect it too be this good and fast, and so easy. it deserves all the good reviews, just please remember to be very honest about what u r sending and sizes and weight dont try to bypass it, i did add a little over the actual weight just to be safe but its really worth it.
