If you want it cheap, yeah go ahead.
If you want ZERO responses to your messages, to pay twice as much for speedy service just for the package to take literally 3 x’s longer than advertised to arrive, and ZERO customer service….this is the way to go!
Per your response…I have the first response from you in my email from 12/20 to which you asked for the shipping number you assigned to me. I responded within minutes and that’s the last I’ve heard from your company since you seeing me review. I still have the email..Parcel Monkey replied on 29/12/2023

Moreover, as I checked the UPS tracking history, the delay seems to be attributed to a required x-ray inspection in China on the 21st and 22nd, a mechanical failure in Pampanga, Philippines, on the 27th, and the remote nature of the delivery address, where daily deliveries are not standard. It's essential to note that we don't directly manage these parcels, and the delivery is facilitated by UPS in the Philippines.

Always overcharged on GST because commercial invoice does not have the freight rate included.

I try to use Parcel Monkey often. My packages almost always get delivered to Singapore with no issues. The problem is that I always get massively overcharged on the customs GST because the company with the brown trucks and uniforms uses their list shipping (full retail) rate for calculating my GST. This rate is literally 4x what I paid for shipping and adds another 8% to my shipping costs. This happens because Parcel Monkey does not include the shipping rate with the commercial invoice. Singapore customs tells the delivery company to use their list shipping rates when no shipping fee is included with the commercial invoice. I've tried to explain this to Parcel Monkey but they don't seem to have a way to fix this.
