Very poor service yet again

Really poor service from start to finish.The package was mailed....no scan. When I inquire, I'm told it's on it's way....still no scan. There were no updates, no-one knows anything and as for being guaranteed 4-14 days......it is delivered well after that yet no compensation at all. Very poor service all round.
