Absolutely useless.

booked a shipment. never used this company before. Paid over £100 and half an hour later told there is an issue and they didn't send any paperwork. There is no contact number and given I need an express delivery 24 hours later I still cannot speak to anyone and have missed the deadline. Why are these companies so bad with customer service and just have an email which can be 72 hours to reply. Useless
when I did try the live chat I was sent a link to another service to pay for an answer. complete con and waste of time -

I used expedited service and everything was great until it came to the destination country. It’s 5+ days late now.

poor, inaccurate updates

Package was pulled for inspection, which is out of the control of the courier. But oh my goodness, the tracking details were frequently incorrect, as were the update calls. Incorrect city. I was told the delivery would be by the end of the day on at least 5 different calls, all of them incorrect. I don't know what the solution is, but man the call center people need to better understand what the ops center/delivery people are doing to properly convey it. I will not use UPS again.
