False option to choose Worldwide Expedited for 2-5 days.

Pleas don't give an option to choose Worldwide Expedited for 2-5 days if you delivery takes longer than 11 days.

According to our tracking information, there was an unexpected delay of 3 days, excluding weekends. Various factors such as heavy traffic, an increased volume of parcels, and other logistical challenges can sometimes cause these delays.

We want to assure you that we have been in constant communication with the carrier regarding your parcel. However, it appears that the delay is due to Customs processing in the UK. Customs clearance is handled by government agencies, and carriers have limited to no control over this process.
To obtain more information about the status of your parcel, we recommend contacting your local Customs agency directly. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate updates regarding the clearance process.
