Not only was my package "lost", but I was prompted to fill out a claim form while I'm on my honeymoon and then prompted for more information on a photo of my package before I dropped it off. My honeymoon has been negatively affected and I'm done replying to messages. I want a full refund and a refund on my item that was shipped.
