The package was deliverd on time; however, it arrived in a bad condition. The recepiet has told me that the envelop arrived all wet, almost soaked through. And this was a very important document whichb is now unusuable. Some of the printed text is washed off. I am extrremely unhappy and don't know what to do now.

Slow and Unfriendly Service in Pakistan

UPS in Pakistan is slow and unfriendly. My tracker show that the parcel was delivered and yet it has not.
UPS at Islamabad advised the receiver to contact a freight forwarder for custom clearance not knowing and not informing the receiver that the package was under 40lbs and should have been handled by the UPS themselves.
