My 2nd time using ParcelMonkey... I'm very satisfied with the service. UPS was excellent, super fast... I shipped a 27lb box from Miami to Seoul, on 07/29/22, the box was delivered on 08/03/22; everything went well. I will definitely be using this service again.

Amazing problem solving

Package delivered on time, internationally. There was an exception (problem) with the package, and it was handled electronically and efficiently with the amazing technology they have; the delivery was saved. I know other delivery services would have simply returned it.
