This is my very first time using ParcelMonkey, and frankly, I was so reluctant to choose the 3rd party shipping service that indirectly goes through the mainstream carrier's channel, there are no issues at all, not only my local UPS staffs are super helpful, but also I did my measurement for the shipping box and weight correctly to avoid any potential charge. I do not want to be "Too Smart" to falsely declare a smaller size or less weight item as I read quite many reviews and some of them had the issue due to the incorrect measurement, definitely do not want to waste my time so do it right in the first place will be my 1st suggestion.
Once the package reaches to a destination outside of the US, you barely have more control over the package delivery, thanks to UPS as it handled it well, kudos +++.
ParcelMonkey brings me a hassle-free experience and I am so grateful for a 3rd party that could bring more affordable shipping service. Definitely will use ParcelMonkey again.
