Easy to use, reasonably price

shipping costs more than tripled! Some options were TEN times what I had been quoted before

The shipping process was easy, as has been the case before, but your shipping options' costs tripled (!!) for the one I selected, and some options were 10 times what I had paid for before, to ship to friends overseas. I was really disappointed and I did not have time to check why.
Please send me a reason for this absurd increase in cost. I will not be using your services again until this is clarified.
