3 years not a problem

Been using Parcel Monkey for 3 years to ship to Kyrgyzstan without incident. One shipment did have a deliver issue, but that was between the receiver and the local shipper coordinating schedules and was handled promptly and effectively with a couple e-mails. Delivery takes 10-14 days. Prior to using Parcel Monkey, I used USPS which took 2-3 months.
