Drop off was easy. The package arrived pretty much on time. The only complaint I had was having to fill out a more complicated customs form which required a special code for each item.

Hi everyone. This is the first time that I have used this service (very impressive) . After checking out the major Courier Service I was not happy With the quotes I was getting for shipping 25kgs from USA to UK> The cheapest quote was £1500+ to Ship 25kgs.
I followed their instructions to the latte. I drop my parcel off 29/3/23 in the USA and my parcel was delivered 6/4/23
Cost for shipping my parcel was less than £500.00
Would recommend This company to friends and family and I would no problem using them again. Excellent work team

Wet package

Recipient stated some clothing items had a "slightly uncomfortable smell" due to the package getting wet somewhere in transit. This was the 2nd time a package has arrived wet or damp. No other damage was mentioned.
