CONFUSION WITH UPS WORLDWIDE SERVICE

Parcel monkey was very effective but UPS was confusing. My cargo was showing up in two different cities at the same time! Someone at the port of entry kept calling and threatening to slap us with storage charges if we didn't pickup the cargo at the port of entry even though the final destination was more than 400 kilometers away. As it turned out after the receiving party showed up, the cargo was still more than a ten hour flight away!!!!!
