Thank you for taking time to review our service and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Looking at the tracking, the first delivery attempt took place on 8/16 which was within the estimated delivery timeframe, however, the recipient failed to settle the import charge imposed on the parcel which resulted in significant delays on this shipment. Please be advised that in order to receive parcels the outstanding import charges must be settled.

Unbelievable service and price!
