Surprise expenses

I found it very frustrating trying to find a numerical code for each one of the items that I was sending. I was also shocked that my family had to pay an additional $20 to receive the package when it arrived in Spain. I thought I had already paid all of the taxes and expenses since it was a 2 pound box that was small and was all handmade gifts and I had to pay $67 for shipping. I have not had this experience in the past. I think I was just really surprised. I am pleased that it arrived on time.

They allowed me to choose exactly how I wanted to ship and gave me ample pricing options. Drop off was a breeze after choosing and it was delivered in a timely manner.
