Amazingly Easy Shipment Process

I was excited to send a care package to friends in Japan but found the process daunting - that is until I discovered Parcel Monkey. It was honestly much easier (and faster!) than I could have imagined - so happy to know this service exists!

Worst service ever treated horribly
by customer service. Lied too had 2 lots of import duties paid twice and they wont refund one lot. Got told it wasn't their problem. Got hung up on l. Had customer service advisors make horrible comments about me and laugh at me because they were not willing to help absolutely horrendous and will never use again. I rate the service 4 out of 5. Thanks to reviews, I chose a slightly pricier option and was amazed at the speedy delivery to Germany, arriving within 3 days! However, improvements for a 5-star rating include: 1. Lack of package arrival alerts; the German recipient confirmed receipt. I also mailed to the UK (though not due for another 10 days). Carriers should notify. 2. International shipping instructions are not intuitive, especially for infrequent users. Clearer guidance, especially regarding tariffs, would enhance the user experience. Addressing these concerns would make it a 5-star service. Despite this, I'll use the service again.
