Excellent service my parcel was delivered in 7 days from the US to the uk and in excellent condition after such a long journey

The package left ths US on the 7th and arrived in Spain on the 8th. It was NOT delivered until the 19th!!

Value offering, but slower than advertised - took almost 10 days instead of the advertised 5 business days.

I love everything about Parcel Monkey except not knowing who the carrier will be until ordered. The last few times it’s been UPS and they take nearly a week to get the package delivered. When it’s FedEx the package arrives in a few days. But all in all, your prices are amazing!
