mention the right information of the box size and weight, and they come back charging you extra more saying it was not correct even when you show them a picture prove of the box and weight that was drop off. I recommend people to take picture of the box after dropping it off, cause they will try taking more money from you

Unfortunately in order to raise a dispute for this charge we need images or similar evidence to prove that the package dimensions measured by the courier are incorrect.
Please note that when this order was placed, you agreed that if the dimensions and weight of your parcel(s) are incorrect that additional charges will be applied to your card based on the information provided to us by the courier.
Since Parcel Monkey is a price comparison service and not a courier, we do not actually handle your parcels -- we must go by the information provided to us by our carrier partners. This is why we ask for any type of documentation to allow us to contact them on your behalf to reverse the charge.
