The package was scheduled to be delivered last Thursday. They sent an email to the receiver about the delivery, but he didn't get it until today, the 13th, 6 days later. They seem to claim that there were issues with the address, but that is incorrect. The receiver called and clarified the address, was willing to come and pick up the package at their office, but they refused. Note that I have sent multiple items to the same address, as it is saved on the Parcel Monkey website. They are very dishonest, have poor customer service, are very arrogant, no respect for the clients
