Quick service and frequent updates

We were looking for a way to save some money on international shipping over the cost of going direct to the shipping companies. Parcel Monkey was easy to set up and provided us with a printable label that UPS attached to a box and sent it off. The shipping was quick and we received frequent progress updates. Would we have liked it to be a little cheaper yet? Yes. But in the end it was reasonable and we're very happy with the service.

It was delivered on July 2, 2026 instead of estimated delivery date of June 30, delayed by 2 days. I don't understand why the packet had to go through China (from USA) when the final destination was India.
