3 stars because they delivered my package without damage. However that's about all the good stuff I have to say about them. They failed to present my documents to costoms, so I was hit with a ridiculously high import duty. They didn't even call or email to tell me my package was being held by costoms for duty. After wasting 3 days I was able to get the information required to pay the duties and the cherry on top is they still charged me brokerage fees.
