A Good Service

I recently sent 4 large parcels from Tuscany to Calabria.
The service was very good but I have to make a couple of points.
Two boxes arrived on the same day and the other two boxes on a different day.
It seemed that the second two boxes didn't move on the tracking for 2 days, so I don't really understand this.
I don't understand why they weren't all sent together.
On the second delivery, one of the boxes looked a but bashed in and this did result in a breakage of a couple of items.
On the list of items covered by any insurance, it seems that you can only cover fabric or fresh air.
Most items in daily life are restricted from insurance.
Overall I was happy with the service.
The drop off point near Bagni di Lucca was amazing. Easy to park and a lovely man in the shop. Very helpful.

They didn't deliver the pack at the given address, they left at a branch and asking to pick it up
