Parcel Monkey’s tracking is unsatisfactory. Just give us the UPS tracking number.

The delivery was fine but Parcel Monkey’s tracking is not. It didn’t update to “delivered” until 4 hours after it occurred. That is not acceptable for package security. If you wouldn’t keep the actual tracking number such a big secret, people could just track it through UPS like normal where it’s updated in real time.
