I purchased this service but my package was delivered the following Tue. Also UPS dumped the content and delivered it empty.

Late Delivery and Don’t Trust the Guarantees

Just learned the hard way that neither UPS nor Parcel Monkey will honor delivery guarantees, so just be aware. UPS will be late and will make you go through Parcel Monkey for the refund that UPS claims it will honor… until Parcel Monkey talks to them then shrugs and says UPS says no refund (even though UPS tells you, the customer, that they will honor the refund). Don’t pay for next day or guarantees since they don’t care.
