If you're shipping packages without using Parcel Monkey, you are a fool! They will save you $$$. I'll never ship without them again. They saved my over $50 on my last UPS shipment.

We've only used this service once and the one time we used it ended catching an additional charge for shipping with UPS claiming the item was 10lbs over weight and sized incorrectly. Parcel Monkey wouldn't fit this on our behalf unless we documented with pictures the size of the package! Who does that..
Any lesson learned..
