Package was overdue and tracking information had not been available for several days. UPS said weather problem. I filed a claim ticket and package showed back up in the system and got delivered. Very nerve racking.

UPS placed a sticker on the box over her current address with my daughter’s old address on the box and redirected the box to her old address! Why did they do that?
