UPS + Parcel Monkey running a scam and adding extra charges on my credit card with no authorisation!

Nearly a month after my shipment was delivered an extra charge was put through on my credit card from Parcel Monkey. They claim this was initiated by UPS. UPS claims that my package was larger in size and/or heavier than declared, so they passed on a final charge a month later? I both measured and weighed the package myself twice to verify the size and weight and this was also verified at UPS! This was EXACTLY what I put into Parcel Monkey's website. I did not agree or authorise this extra charge and yet they did not ask me/inform me and just charged my card. Very unhappy with my first experience with Parcel Monkey and UPS. This is a total scam.
