I was delighted to find this service and sent two large packages for a lot less than I expected via UPS - dropped them off at neighboring UPS store and they arrived two days later without a hitch. I'll be back!

I have multiple UPS accounts and use parcel monkey when my accounts don't offer same discounts.
I just had a $200 Star Wars thermal Detonator returned because the item had a light smashed out, chips, and scuffs on it, and I have to replace it. They take approximately 4 weeks to make after all purchased parts are in my hands.
Now I have to bump back a dozen orders to put his item at front of line and this doesn't make my customers happy.
HOW DID THE BOX GET CRUSHED IN SHIPPING? Only a few banged up box edges is normal. With all the protection I put inside my devices this was impossible, so I thought!
