I used parcel monkey to send a package it would have been $132.00 but with Parcel Monkey it was $28.00. I took the package to UPS without an issue. The service is great and the parcel monkey app was easy to navigate with no problems. GREAT SERVICE. ups

I was initially skeptical of how the transfer from UPS to USPS for the last mile would go, but the [package was delivered timely and in good shape. Received all notifications as requested.
