    Dropping this off at my nearby UPS store went very smoothly. The detailed information on parcelmonkey.com provided all the necessary information. I printed out all the documents for my shipment to France. It was very complicated, but the parcelmonkey website clarified all the many requirements. The UPS clerk was very pleasant and helpful and helped me attach the documentation to my package.

    I submitted a question about a label I purchased, and NEVER got a response. I got sent out on a work assignment and had to just cross my fingers and hope it reaches its destination. This is terrible customer service!
