Late delivery, monkey parcel refusing compensation

Took 12 days . Package lost for a while. But happy fed ex did find it and had daily contact with me. Unhappy with parcel monkey who so far have refused to compensate for late delivery claiming it was deliverd in 8 working days. It took 12 days. Even if you exclude weekends it 10 days. PLEASE SORT IT OUT PARCEL MONKEY

Hi Jan,
The parcel has been delivered in 8 working days. It was introduced in the network the 19th of June and was delivered the 30th of June. Which is within the indicated transit time .

Having used this courier for years both in The UK and The US, I was surprised to receive no response to repeated messages I'd sent their customer services agents regarding ID verification and a label they hadn't sent me. As time went on I eventually asked for a cancellation and refund- and was told in no uncertain terms to change a review I'd left them otherwise I wouldn't be refunded. Obviously they've now lost my business for good.

I was really pleased to hear from my recipient that the package had arrived to them in just 5 days!
I am finding confusion in your on-line format with Parcel Monkey showing it as "Pending"...? -
