Very poor service, will never try again

First, nobody came to collect the parcel on the expected date as was mentioned on the order. Neither, it was not made clear anywhere that the parcel can be dropped at any Fedex location. Customer Service hours is so limited and takes forever to get the answer if there are any questions. There is no direct way to communicate. One has to wait till night time for live chat and even then , the response time is too long. I can't just keep waiting for getting answer to simple questions for hours. Today, I wanted to make small change in the address before dropping the parcel to the Fedex. There is no way, I can do it myself. I am waiting to hear back from live support on how this can be done. Please take care of this parcel as I have already paid for it. I will prefer to pay little extra for good service next time Vs going through this kind of wait to get simple answers like- when will someone come to pick the parcel or how can I update the address for a parcel which is yet to be dropped?

Two parcels made it from Maryland, USA to London and Horwich, UK in under a week. One recipient was particularly impressed that they got a txt and email warning of parcel arrival. Plus sooooo much cheaper than USPS!

Lost my confidence, unreliable service, mistake made on their part, but customer suffers

Absolutely terrible, they made a mistake with my shipping order, went to pick up a day early and because of their own mistake have delayed my shipping by two days! Considering I paid 50 dollars extra to get my pkg on time this company has just delayed my order by 2 days completely ridiculous when I paid for 2-5 days shipping
Cant get a straight answer from CS, this is the last pkg I entrust to them, followed by an extremely rude person in CS called Amanda telling me they don't guarantee, and a pkg I know met xmas guidelines was sent too late, and only my problem

This started out excellent but recently I have had problems with two parcels. They didn’t contact me or the recipient and returned them to sender. I had sent the parcels internationally and now will have e to send them again. Not good customer service at all.
