Bad, Disappointed!!

This my first time trying this, and it’s terrible! After ready so many reviews I decided to give it a try. I noticed some people having problem with destination’s custom. But in this case DHL decided to go ahead and clear my package from custom with out any of the recipients consence. They just suddenly show up to your door and ask you to pay $120! What is all this about?

I didn’t know anything about this service but my daughter who recently relocated from US to London told me about it. The service was quick and much less expensive than the post office or any other service. Great tracking and great customer service.

I was skeptical as this service was about 20% the cost of all others. But since I wasn't willing to pay the price of the other options, decided I would give this a try. I was shipping a care package box from US to London. My shipment was picked up on time & delivered in 5 business days. Parcel Monkey promised delivery in 2 - 5 business day, so right on time. All other services projected approx 10 day delivery for much higher cost. Package was received in good shape, nothing broken. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey for all my future shipping needs.
