It was advertised as 2-5 days, 14 days later, no package. It appears that after I dropped the package off at Fed-Ex it SAT at Fed-Ex in my hometown for 3 days. Agents below says it was delivered...so she clearly has no idea and is guessing. They told me it is stuck incustoms and that DHL has emailed me but they have NOT emailed me, or called me, AND parcel Monkey emailed me DAYS before telling me that it had CLEARED customs. Nobody now knows where the package is apparently. They told me it is up to me to call and find DHL in Japan, where everything is written in Kanji and to try and find this package. How is a person to know that DHL even HAS the package? As for customs, they give you a short limited few words to tell customs what you have in your box. I hope you have 1 thing, I had like 8 but kept reaching the word limit. Customs is very strict and exacting... nothing like limiting your client to not being able to accurately describe what is being shipped.

Never again will I use this service

The service was terrible. The package was not even delivered to the destination. It was left at a post office and nobody gave us any notification of this (or that the package was waiting anywhere). The note that we found when we went looking in the tracking was that it was left at an unknown destination due to customer's request. It took ten days longer than it should have due to delays and lack of information and failing to deliver. When I (the sender) tried to call to find out where the package was the delivery company DHL would not give me any information because they said that I was not listed in the shipment - how could that possibly be as the sender and the party who paid the customs duty via DHL only two days previously? In all aspects, this service fell way below basic consumer expectations. I chose this because it was marketed as 2 to 3 days! What a bait and switch lie that was. Never again. You should be shamed of your services.

My Christmas package is lost!! No updates from it leaving Anaheim, Ca. How is that possible? I was so excited to find Parcel Monkey when our daughter went abroad to school. My first package arrived perfectly, but now I am devastated.Please make this right and I will retract.

Great way to ship internationally

I was worried to give this a try but shipping to Australia takes so long by regular mail. I have to say I am thrilled with this service. Not only is the price reasonable, I was able to track all the way and it was FAST!
