Terrible Customer Service

I will not be home all day tomorrow to wait for the courier - there is nowhere online to locate where I can drop my package off at nor are there any chat agents responding to me - I tried to cancel and even after following the instructions - there was no option to cancel. I cannot call an agent as there is no phone service at your organization. I sent an email - no response. I am pretty upset that a simple question cannot be answered via your site or via your non-existent agents.

As we advised the chat is not live and as this is Christmas period we have a lot of shipments and questions from customers. I did check on your shipment and it was delivered on the 4th business day with our advertised 2-5 business day

My used underwear really have no "High Value" this is my son and I clothes mostly for our vacation. I threw in a 5 year old apple tv so we can watch movies, some cold medicine and I bought some Christmas gifts at a 2nd hand store, total value $200 in new items from a 2nd hand store. However, if I had to go out and replace each item 1 by 1 it would probably have a value of near what I put on the customs sheet. DHL Japan after 2 days of you offering NO HELP, I finally made contact through a Japanese translator and DHL says they HAVE NO SUCH PACKAGE. This is your problem to fix not mine, YOU tell me what needs done, what number, what email to call, what tracking number to use, who to ask for possibly and what is expected. Maybe your job is only to make this review page look good by making me look like an idiot or the one to blame. You do your job well, I compliment you at that.

As we have mentioned to you your shipment has a high value and you will need to speak with DHL in Japan to pay the taxes as you have new items in your shipment.
Your shipment is currently on business day 6 and if you contact DHL they will get this delivered to you, We cannot pay these taxes on your behalf.
