Very poor service after it reached Germany. It took several days for DHL to finally deliver the package in Germany, after it had arrived there.

Very efficient and affordable, they got the package to its foreign destination when they estimated it would be there. The entire process was so easy! The one knock I have is that package tracking is next to useless. Ignore trying to track it, and trust that they will get it delivered.

Your Web site gives one the impression that your customs declaration is being captured online and will accompany the shipment. This did not happen in my case. The bags sent on December have not arrived as of December 21 -- being hung up in UK customs.
There is no notice on your Web site that indicates that a customs declaration is required, how to prepare one to keep and use as a list, in case the Web site capture fails -- as it did in my case.
Your customer service person Amber was as helpful as she could have been, but the coding failure evident in your Web site is a travesty. Amber could not recover from your failure to deliver on the expectations you set on your Web site.
Please give notice and an example of how to prepare a customs list, and warn your customers that a back-up copy of the customs list may be required.

No-one came to pick up parcel from my home, i had to take them to FedEx depot. otherwise all went smoothly.
