Will use them again, not anymore, i won't use them again after their customer service chat.

It was positive, however over the years, it's service has downgraded itself, and the latest has been a case where i spoke with an agent name richard who was very rude to me when it came to my issue with a service called Trakpak, and my issue was with Trakpak, and their failure to state trakpak doesn't use liquids, richard in his limited wisdom decided to say that PM doesn't allow liquids, my case was exclusively about Trakpak and why they didn't put no liquids allowed for trakpak service, they must improve customer service.

5 stars because it is amazing that my package was delivered over the Christmas weekend from Los Angeles to Glasgow in 4 business days. The cost was half of what I found elsewhere, and I didn't find any other service with 5 business day delivery -- most others were 7 to 10 business days. The pickup and delivery were just like any other FedEx experience. Very easy. A few negatives. The tracking system did not show any results for the first five days. Made me nervous since I had never used this service before. Once tracking results did show up, it was updated regularly as the package made rapid progress on its journey. The other thing was about shipping supplies. I did not have one of those plastic re-sealable pouches to hold the shipping label and customs declarations. I asked my local FedEx office for one.

Allow extra time and be patient, especially over the holidays and weekends- but can be good!

My parcel wasn't picked up, and after that I almost went nuts trying to get hold of someone at the company, as the money had already been take out of my account. I tried for five days but could get no contact with a human. Occasionally I would get a response from a robot, telling me to 'start a ticket' by clicking on a button that doesn't exist on my page. I just thought the money was gone for good, and that even if they did pick up the parcel it would just get lost. BUT, After the 5 days someone got in touch with me -they'd been away over Xmas break. It would have been nice to have been told that! But after they got in touch they were good, they always got back to me by the next day. They picked up the parcel and now have provided all the FedEx and DHL tracking numbers so I feel safe. Update: Received package in good time- thanks!

Super horrible experience, company takes your money and has horrible customer service. I had an issue and tried to reach out to them through the "live chat" and reporting an issue AND through email, and never heard anything back. Now I'm out of my money and will have to reschedule with a DIFFERENT company all because of an issue literally caused by parcel monkey

We don't have a live chat. Your pickup was rescheduled for today as this was the first available pickup day since you booked the shipment, Fedex does not operate on Saturday / Sunday or Monday ( New Years Day ) for pickups
