Great Customer Service from Parcel Monkey. Package delivery was delayed by 2 days, but it was a Customs hold. It is really frustrating to see how Indian customs delays release of packages, that Parcel Monkey or DHL do not have control over.
Tip: If you are sending electronics to India please be ready for a high customs duty. It is no longer 14% import duty in India on electronics. Since April 2017 India started imposing 35- 40% customs duty on electronics.

It was my first time shipping to Pakistan for business so I was very apprehensive. It was a valuable and fragile item. I was so VERY pleased when it arrived (with notification) safe and sound days before schedule. My customer was so happy he left me 5 star review!!

Site needs an overhaul but the service ultimately delivers (pardon the pun).

Parcel delivered;excellent shipping rate. Steps missing from website info. ALL questions need answers in a timely manner as promised. The process is confusing. A page with steps clearly laid out & notated paperwork shots would make it clearer. I was floundering on day 1, resorting to upper-case shouting into deep space. Needed a clear guide to a system actually quite simple (but not if you haven't used it before. eg. The label specified DHL, yet I was told to drop it off at FedEx.) Huge delay in answering questions. Dropped off the package, then a Fedex pickup guy arrived. System sorted and tracking, things then went smoothly. Then I read the package had been ‘delivered and signed for’ by someone anonymous ie. the package had just cleared its first stage at the depot handling it near LAX. Needed explanation. Now that I understand it – great process. Advice? parcelmonkey.com, get a technical writer. Thanks for getting the parcel to where it was heading and at a competitive rate
