Terrible Service!!

This has been the must frustrating experience I've had trying to send a package. It is now two weeks after the package was supposed to be delivered, and it has still not been received by the person I am sending it to. I have been emailing back and forth for the past two weeks and somehow no one has been helpful and the package is still "on hold". I will not be using this service again.

Thank goodness for a Google search. After checking shipping costs for an international package, I came across Parcel Monkey. The price was right and I took a chance and gave Parcel Monkey my business. Parcel Monkey made it simple. I only had to provide basic information and soon had a label to affix to my box. I like to track packages on my smartphone and would like to see an app or some way have Parcel Monkey be added to an app like Deliveries but the website was okay for tracking. Maybe a map would help in this regard. Outside of that small suggestion, all went smoothly from pickup to delivery and all at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use this great service again as well as refer anyone I hear needing to ship a package.
